I spent sixteen dollars on gems and money and if this isn’t fixed, I would like a refund. I hope I receive a response, as it would really mean a lot. The one thing I noticed changed, was that ads tended to play in the middle of a mini game rather than after, so I can’t get the full prize because the timer continues. I’ve been on and off with it for years, but I always really enjoy it. Is there any way to fix this, because I actually can’t even go from the start due to my progress being in different parts of the game. I was also using the horse I had just bought. My money and gems went back down to the amount you get at the beginning and so did my level, whilst the progress I made in things like the championships were still there. When I did that, the game crashed, and as soon as I opened it again, it brought me back to the beginning. If you do not grant these permissions, then you'll have a less immersive ad experience.
